Leadership Development Program

Focused on skill enrichment, this hands-on program employs a variety of learning methods, including professional coaching, group projects designed to improve individual and organizational performance, and cross-functional teams that execute strategic projects.

Site Management Training

This classroom-based training program equips our first line managers with the tools and operational information critical to running a site operation.

Enterprise Asset Management Training

Onsite and classroom-based training is provided for our proprietary customer software platforms and enterprise asset management system. Our team of technical trainers are hands-on, while also using videos, webinars and learning documents to help you be the best you can be.

Learning Center

Our state-of-the-art learning management system, Learning Center, drives Synovos’ strategic talent initiatives via various platforms such as knowledge sharing, collaboration and mobile learning. This platform makes learning fun and engaging while offering a myriad of optional learning on subjects such as management and systems training among others.

Safety Training

Safety is always our number one priority – both at work and at home for every Synovos team member. Our safety program consists of in-depth safety training and testing targeted to individual employee needs while meeting OSHA training requirements. This includes Learning Center modules, Tool Box Talks and courses specific to our clients’ operation site requirements. Additionally, we foster a safe work environment by requiring all employees to conduct and report results of weekly safety observations.

Buyer 101

Synovos encourages those interested in careers in supply management and procurement. Our Buyer Training program equips Synovos buyers with the knowledge, processes and procurement tools necessary to ensure maximum value for our clients. The program provides an overview of Synovos policy, strategic and tactical procurement, and Synovos-specific topics of buyer expectations, deliverables, processes, key concepts and available resources.
