RADNOR, Pa. – February 18, 2013 –Storeroom Solutions, Inc., the fastest growing independent provider of indirect materials management services in North America, was recently recognized by Toms River Township, N.J., for its efforts in aiding the municipality immediately after Super Storm Sandy devastated the region in late October.

The company, a provider of third-party indirect materials management services, was recognized for its quick response to the community’s needs and for “identifying, buying and delivering the necessary cleanup supplies to help rebuild the health, safety and welfare” of the community. The company donated nearly $25,000 in materials, including safety goggles, boots, gloves, jackets and other materials needed in the cleanup.

The storm, which struck the coast on Oct. 29, caused an estimated $30 billion in damages in New Jersey alone. Toms River Township is located along the coast in Ocean County. The Ortley Beach section of the township was among the hardest hit areas.

“The generosity of companies like Storeroom Solutions helps us put the aftermath of Sandy in perspective,” said Thomas Kelaher, Toms River Township mayor. “The outpouring of such support was not only helpful but inspirational.”
