Management Training Programs

Frontline Managers are our biggest assets. Our management training programs focus on topics such as Leadership Communication, Leading Strong Teams and Strategic Planning and Implementation, and creates a network of leadership support that drives individual and organizational performance. This program also focuses on developing strong, ethical leadership by enabling managers to explore different management styles, motivate team members, manage customers, set goals and initiate strategic plans.

Enterprise Asset Management Training

Employees hone their skills as asset management experts through specialized training in our proprietary enterprise asset management systems and customer software platforms. Our team of technical trainers work on-site and structure learning to individual needs, so our employees excel each day.

Enterprise Asset Management Training

Onsite and classroom-based training is provided for our proprietary customer software platforms and enterprise asset management system. Our team of technical trainers are hands-on, while also using videos, webinars and learning documents to help you be the best you can be.

The RS Integrated Supply uses a state-of-the-art learning management system that drives strategic talent initiatives. Employees have access to a variety of topics including Leadership Development, Safety, Compliance, Communication, Business, Tech Skills and more.

Safety Culture

Employee safety, at work and at home, is a top priority. Our safety program is designed to build and maintain a dynamic safety culture. This program consists of in-depth OSHA-compliant training offered in a variety of formats to keep safety at the forefront of all we do. Our safety culture is reinforced through self-paced, interactive modules, live webinars, structured on the job training, weekly Safety Toolbox Talks, safety observations and specialized, site-specific training.


Our Buyer Training Program equips RS Integrated Supply buyers with the knowledge, processes and procurement tools necessary to ensure high-level customer service and maximum value. The program takes a deep dive into contract compliance, profits, procurement, partnerships, margins and those essential resources necessary to build a thriving business.

Education Reimbursement

We value the knowledge and expertise our employees bring and encourage all employees to further their development and education. For this reason, we offer up to $2500 per academic year in tuition reimbursement for qualifying college certificates and degree programs.
